Vibration University Technology Centre - VUTC

The Vibration Technology Centre (VUTC) was founded in 1990 with the aid of a major grant from Rolls-Royce plc in order to provide a focus for the prosecution of vibration research which is of direct relevance to aerospace and power generation industries.  The VUTC undertakes both fundamental and applied research projects and specialises in unsteady flow modelling, aeroelasticity, bladed-disc vibration with emphasis on non-linear behaviour, mistuning and modal test planning.
