Welcome back to Imperial for the new academic term everyone.

The start of 2012 also has been extremely strong. Our Academic Support programme has reached full
capacity and more mentor positions are being fulfilled in the first of month this year. We would definitely
like to keep the momentum going by asking you to sign up with our programmes!

IntoUniversity has received glowing feedback from Volunteers and we also improved our publicity by
getting on Imperial College website; being featured on Reporter and Felix. We are continuingly
received more requests to from students who are willing to sign up for our programmes during the
new year. Why dont you come and join in us?

Here are some comments from various of people about how important Imperial College volunteer
are to IntoUniversity and their volunteering experiences:

I enjoyed the focus graduation. I helped a group of kids with their campus quiz. This day was a change
to my normal university life and it was really lovely to see how keen these kids are on going to
university. -- Ulf, Postgraudate students, Aeronautics Department.

FOCUS Graduation was a refreshing experience. I spent an afternoon showing some students around
the campus while helping them with their campus quiz, but it was so inspiring to see how motivated a
group of 10-12 year olds can be about university. It felt good to be a part of such a great cause,
motivating youths to pursue higher education. They were really funny as well! -- Wayne, 2nd year, EEE.
