You must have chosen Imperial as your firm choice and not already obtained a degree. Eliahou Dangoor Scholarship All departments For UK-Home students from the lowest household incomes, who will then be ranked by departments. You do not need to apply; we will use information provided by SFE. Students must have completed an SFE application and given consent to share by 31 July 2012. £1,000 for one year only 31 July 2012
World Scientific Scholarship All departments Awarded on the basis of academic merit and financial need. For overseas students who are citizens of: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand or Vietnam. Eligible students will be sent details on how to apply for this award. £5,000 per year for a maximum of 4 years. One award is available for 2012-13 10 June 2012
Grocers' Company Queen's Golden Jubilee Scholarship Engineering departments only For UK-Home students holding a conditional firm or unconditional offer of admission to an undergraduate course in the Faculty of Engineering will be sent details on how to apply for this award. £2,250 per year for a maximum of 4 years. One award is available for 2012-13 10 June 2012
Holligrave Scholarship Engineering departments only Please see the 'Imperial College Student Opportunities Fund (Undergraduate)' eligibility above £1,500 in Year 1 and £1,000 thereafter for a maximum of 4 years. Two awards are available for 2012-13 10 June 2012
Rolls Royce Scholarship Engineering departments only For UK-Home students starting in October 2012, with a residual household income of £25,001 - £45,000. You must have chosen Imperial as your firm choice and not already obtained a degree. Applicants must have applied/be intending to apply for means tested support from SFE £5000 per year for max of 4 years 10 June 2012
Thompson Education trust Scholarship Engineering departments only For UK-Home students starting in October 2012, with a residual household income of £25,001 - £45,000. You must have chosen Imperial as your firm choice and not already obtained a degree. Applicants must have applied/be intending to apply for means tested support from SFE £1000 per year for max of 4 years 10 June 2012
The Kingsbury Scholarship Engineering departments only For UK-Home students applying for October 2012. Note: only eligible to students who agree to defer their course for a year until October 2013 in order to work for a year in industry through the Year In Industry scheme. Residual household income must be below £60,000. You must have chosen Imperial as your firm choice and not already have obtained a degree. Applicants must have applied/be intending to apply for means tested support from SFE. £19,000 per year for a maximum of 4 years (£9,000 fee waiver plus £10,000 maintenance grant). 10 June 2012
The Kolio Ficheto Bulgarian Engineering Scholarship Any course, except those with a year abroad, in the Departments of Chemical Engineering and Chemical Technology, Computing and Mechanical Engineering The scholarship is intended to help Bulgarian students from less well off backgrounds and is therefore only open to students from state-run Bulgarian schools. Full tuition fees paid plus a grant of £10,000 per year to cover living costs 15 Jan 2012

Cockburn Rugby Scholarships/Most Unselfish Player Awards All departments For applicants starting in October 2012 who show evidence of ability at rugby/football (minimum first XV level at school or preferably county level). TOPSport Scholarships

All departments

Aimed at elite athletes who compete in Olympic or world championship sports and who have the
dedication to reach world class performance level (or equivalent) in their sport, this support provides
potential London 2012 Games competitors to achieve both their sporting and academic aspirations whilst at Imperial.

Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS) All departments TASS liaises with over 50 National Governing Bodies (NGBs) of sport to support potential stars of the future. To apply for TASS funding you must be nominated by your sport’s NGB. Each sport sets its own criteria for core TASS and TASS 2012 support which athletes must achieve to be nominated to receive a TASS award. £3,000 Visit the Sport Imperial website
Developing Excellence Scheme All departments For students who are performing to a high standard in their chosen sport, have aspirations to compete nationally and internationally, and are representing the College in British University Sports Association (BUSA) or other approved competitions. up to £2,000 Visit the Sport Imperial website
Imperial College Rowing Scholarships All departments For students who will assist with full participation in the College fixtures. Applicants must be rowers of a sufficiently high standard with links/aspirations to national squad level who will be taking up a place at Imperial. £5,000 Visit the Sport Imperial website
Music Scholarships All departments Students must have: evidence of Grade 8 with distinction (a copy of the mark sheet, not the certificate), a reference from the instrumental/vocal teacher and a letter from the applicant detailing relevant musical experience. Opportunity to have instrumental/ vocal lessons at the Royal College of Music 28 February
Burhouse Bursary Department of Earth Science and Engineering For overseas candidates. Selection is based on academic merit and a supplementary essay. £1,000 per year for a maximum of 4 years Please contact Dr Lorraine Craig, Academic Tutor in ESE
School of Medicine Scholarships Medicine These awards are funded by College endowments, the St Mary's Association and St Mary's Development Trust. Home and EU applicants are evaluated on the strength of their performance at interview, or on essays that they have submitted. £100-£500 per year, for periods of between 1-6 years Visit the Department's website

The Nuffield Foundation-Royal Academy of Engineering Undergraduate Research Bursaries Programme Engineering departments only (Meng and BEng courses) Students must be able to take up their award during the summer vacation (2012) and be in the middle years i.e. 2/3, 2/4 or 3/4) of their degree. Applications from first- or final-year undergraduates, or graduates, will not be considered. £180.00 per week for research placements between 6-8 weeks. 27 April 2012   Outcome of award by Friday, 18 May 2012
