Postgraduate Study At Imperial
The Physics Department at Imperial College is one of the largest and most prestigious postgraduate schools in Physics in the UK. In terms of research it uniquely covers the most comprehensive range of important experimental and theoretical research fields. Many research groups in the Department are also involved in international and industrial collaboration, and much interdisciplinary research is also undertaken. The Department has extensive facilities and a tremendous range of research topics available to postgraduate research students, and also currently runs eight MSc/MRes programmes. There are more than 200 research students and over 100 masters students in the Department.
