Toke Reichstein was awarded the PhD in December 2003. The title of his PhD is 'Firm Growth Rate Distributions, Firms Size Distributions and the Industry Life Cycle'. During his PhD, he was enrolled at the IKE group, Department of Business Studies, Aalborg University. T he IKE-Group is part of the Danish Research Unit for Industrial Dynamics (DRUID). Since October 2003, Toke has been working as a researcher at Imperial College London. He is located in the Innovation Studies Centre which is part of Tanaka Business School, Imperial College London .
His work at Imperial focuses on the economics of innovation. In particular, his work involves mapping the innovativeness of construction sector as well as exploring how construction firms innovate. Additionally he is working on a project examining the link between business performance and innovation. He is also exploring the link between the experience of managers and the survival of new firms.
