Janet Wong received her Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2008. Her research interests are polymer dynamics and nanotribology. Her work involves the study of the structure and dynamics of fluids at tribological contact, both simple liquids and polymers, by combining mechanical measurements with fluorescence spectroscopies.
