Francesco Simonetti PhD, MEng became a lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2007.  He holds a research fellowship from the Royal Academy of Engineering which was awarded in 2005 after completion of his PhD at Imperial.  Francesco is a faculty affiliate at Los Alamos National Laboratory since 2006 and a member of the non-destructive evaluation group.
