Position: Head of Department and member of the Control and Power Research Group
Research Interests: David Limebeer’s research focuses on control theory and the dynamics of engineering systems. He has a particular interest in nuclear fusion reactor control and nonlinear oscillations in mechanical systems such as rotating machinery and road vehicles. His contributions range from applied engineering to mathematical systems theory. His research is reported in his text books and his 132 research papers and has been supported by a large portfolio of research grants.
