Management Training Scheme

Imperial College London is looking for talented and motivated graduates for its Management Training Scheme. Working directly with senior management, the successful applicants will undertake an intensive series of placements across the College, gaining rapid personal development and a wealth of experience. Trainees take an active role in working on some of the most important strategic issues across College, and are required to prioritise diverse and challenging workloads to produce work of the highest standard. In addition, Management Trainees attend various professional management courses and may have the opportunity to undertake an appropriate professional training qualification.

Finance Training Scheme

In addition to the Management Trainees, this year the College is also recruiting a Finance Trainee who will be part of the Trainee cohort. This Finance Training Scheme will run in parallel to the general Management Training Scheme (MTS).  While the Finance Trainee will be undertaking a different set of placements to his or her colleagues, he or she will be integrated within the overall Scheme in order to ensure effective networking and knowledge sharing.  As the Finance Trainee progresses through the Scheme, he or she will brief MTS colleagues on finance matters so that MTS trainees gain important knowledge while developing the Finance Trainee’s communication skills.
