ICT Telephony Services

The management, provision, configuration and development of telephone services within the College are provide by the Telecoms Department.

These services include:

• Management and support of fixed telephone lines (including those in most student halls)
• Management and support of VoIP telephone lines
• Operator Services (Switchboard)
• Provision of mobile phones (O2)
• Provision of mobile broadband (O2)
• Supply and support of Blackberrys (O2)
• Conference calling facility (PowWowNow)
• Support of the Voice Activated Assistant

Note: services on some medical campuses are provided by the relevant NHS Trust.
