Providing Feedback and Reporting Errors
Providing feedback
If you have comments or suggestions on how to improve the ICT web site or any of its services, please contact Paul Allatt, the ICT Link Manager
Reporting errors
We apologise for any errors of fact, occasional broken link or other malfunctions that you may come across on our site.
PLEASE advise them to our Service Desk, so that:
- We can actually provide you with the information you are seeking
- You will be notified when we've fixed the page
- the ICT personnel responsible for the web site will be chased mercilessly until they fix the problem.
When reporting an error it really helps us to track down the problem if you can:
- Tell us the URL of the broken page.
- The reason(s) why the page is broken, e.g. non-existent link, incorrect information, scripts throw errors, etc.
- Give us a valid contact for yourself, e.g. phone and/or email
- If possible, tell us which browser you're using, e.g. Netscape or IE and what kind of computer you have, e.g. a Mac or PC running Linux or Windows.
