System maintenance

The Imperial College online application system undergoes regular maintenance and may not be available on the following dates:

  • 17 November 2011 (19:00 hours to 21:30 hours)
  • 9 December 2011 (19:00 hours to TBC)
  • 16 December 2011 (19:00) to 17 December 2011 (19:00)

It is therefore recommended that you save your partial or fully completed application prior to these times

Occasionally emergency unplanned system maintenance is also carried out.

Please note that you will not be able to access the job search and application pages whilst system maintenance takes place.

If you have any concerns with regard to particular applications please contact the Recruitment Administrator for the vacancy, whose details should be provided in the How to Apply section of the advert, once the system is back online.
