Admissions to Computing
Undergraduate admissions
The department runs two distinct undergraduate programmes in Computing and Joint Mathematics Computing (JMC). The latter is run jointly with the Maths department.

Details of the contents of specific undergraduate courses can be found on the Undergraduate Taught Courses page. Admission to all the undergraduate courses is through UCAS in the first instance.
Postgraduate MSc Admissions
The department has two MSc in Computing Science programmes, an MSc in Advanced Computing and an MSc in Computing for Industry. Further information on admission all MSc programmes can be found on the Postgraduate degree page.
Postgraduate PhD Admissions
The department has between 20 and 30 PhD students starting a postgraduate degree every year on a variety of research topics, from medical imaging to distributed systems, from performance analysis to bioinformatics.
